Monday Desk Report: Disney World arrivals, Oct 19 to Nov 1

Every Monday we search the next two weeks of Walt Disney World arrivals and report where one room still works and where it doesn't. This is the first issue: 168 live searches run on the evening of October 18, 2026, covering every arrival day from October 19 to November 1, stays of 3 to 6 nights, 2 adults, one resort tier at a time (Value, Moderate, Deluxe), with up to 1 room change.

A split counts when it was the only way to book the trip in that tier, or when it cost at least 5% less than the cheapest single room. This week the crunch is short and sharp: almost all of it falls on arrivals from October 19 to 23. From October 24 on, one room was the better booking on 104 of 108 searches.

The short version

  • A split was the better booking on 29 of 168 searches: the only way to book on 4, cheaper by 5% or more on 25.
  • Value, October 20 to 23: on 10 of 16 trips no Value room was open at all, not even as a split. 2 more could only be booked as a split.
  • Deluxe, October 19 to 23: a split beat one room on 16 of 20 trips, mostly with Animal Kingdom Lodge.
  • Biggest saving: 3 Moderate nights from October 22, $5,077 in the only single room left (a Coronado Springs club suite) or $1,347 as a split.
The week's totals: 4 trips where a split was the only way to book, 25 where it was 5% or more cheaper, 10 with nothing open in the tier, and 104 of 108 searches from October 24 on where one room won.
